The Sustainable Rice Platform (SRP), a global non-profit membership association, is seeking a visionary Executive Director to lead its efforts in transforming the global rice sector for a healthy, inclusive, and sustainable future. Based in Bangkok, Thailand, this key leadership role will work with senior stakeholders across public and private sectors to ensure food security and advance sustainable agriculture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop SRP’s strategic vision, mission, and operations.
• Oversee SRP’s Assurance Scheme and maintain a strong revenue base.
• Represent SRP publicly to expand membership and build partnerships.
• Manage relationships with members, partners, and key stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile: A senior leader with a passion for sustainable development and experience in the agrifood or sustainable agriculture sectors. Knowledge in commercial rice trading or experience with agricultural commodity standards is a plus. Advanced qualifications, strong communication skills, and a successful track record in fundraising and resource mobilization are essential.
