SRP Hosts First Member Webinar of 2026
Members from across the global rice value chain gathered for the first Member Webinar of 2026, an event designed to share updates and strengthen engagement within the Sustainable Rice Platform community.
Organized in two sessions to accommodate different time zones, the webinar introduced the newly revised SRP Strategy and the latest updates to the SRP Theory of Change. Discussions also explored the role of low-carbon rice within the SRP Standard and ongoing work toward SRP Standard Version 3.0.
Participation was strong, with 85 registrations and 60 members joining the sessions live. Members actively engaged in discussions, raising thoughtful questions on strategic priorities and the future direction of SRP.
Board representatives also joined the dialogue, including participants from the International Finance Corporation and Helvetas, alongside representatives from industry partners.
The webinar highlighted the continued importance of collaboration and knowledge sharing across the SRP global membership.
