Meet the SRP Team at Anuga 2023

Anuga 2023 theme is towards sustainable growth

We are delighted to share that the SRP team, including our Executive Director, Wyn Ellis, Board Chair, Keith Jones, and Retail and Brand Engagement Consultant, Jop Blom, will be attending Anuga from 7-11 October 2023. Anuga, the world’s premier trade fair for food and beverages, will take place in Cologne, Germany, with its central theme being “Sustainable Growth: Advancing Towards a More Sustainable Food Future.”

6th International Rice Conference to take place at Anuga

SRP Executive Director Wyn Ellis will be a featured speaker at the 6th Eurofins ANUGA Rice Conference on Monday, 9 October 2023. The conference will be held at the Congress Center East, Salon Barcarole, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. CEST. We extend a warm invitation to join us at this conference, where you will also hear from other esteemed speakers and SRP members on their journey towards a sustainable rice value chain.

SRP – Building market linkages for a sustainable value chain

Since our market introduction of SRP-Verified rice, we have witnessed serious growth in demand for sustainable rice from brands and major supermarket chains in Europe and beyond. While we have established a strong foundation to drive transformation to sustainable best practices in the global rice industry, we have a long way to go. Building bridges across the entire value chain will be vital to realize our shared goals. Anuga offers a perfect forum to create awareness, connect partners and help SRP suppliers match the growing demand for SRP-Verified rice.
