CLOSED: Request for Proposals – Review of 5-Year Strategic Plan
As part of our commitment to our mission to transform the global rice sector through collaborative multi-stakeholder approaches and tools, SRP seeks a short-term expert to facilitate a review of SRP’s 5-Year Strategic Plan 2021-2025.
The SRP Strategic Plan is fundamental to defining and communicating SRP’s role, business model and value proposition and provides transparency to members and the external stakeholder community. Acknowledging the importance of maintaining an agile organizational strategy that can adapt to changing external circumstances, the Plan is recognized as a ‘living document’, requiring periodic review.
An experienced organizational strategist is sought to guide the review process, to be conducted in close consultation with the SRP Board, Executive Director, SRP members and key external stakeholders.
